This is a website that generates search engine visitors searching for "bank/reo foreclosure listings" and related terms and would make a great lead generation website for a company that offers paid foreclosure services or provides assistance to real estate purchasers. I do not "need" to sell the site and have already turned down an offer due to the revenue that the site brings on auto-pilot.

The site also has an inactive database of over 2,000 double opt-in subscribers from 2007-2008 when the site required registration to download the foreclosure list (it was turned off to eliminate support queries).

Currently, the AdSense revenue has averaged $139 per month over the past 17 months and is currently increasing.
